  Depending on the freight character, Customs has a right to require additional documents for Customs legalization (such as: the Contract for Goods Delivery, Certificate on transaction, licence, other certificates and etc.) from an exporter (in case of exporting from Kazakhstan) or an importer (in case of importing to Kazakhstan), according to the Kazakhstan Customs Code. A consignor (in case of exporting) is a person, responsible for Customs freight legalization, including Customs charges and fees payment (if any), and a consignee (in case of importing).
